Bayram Yuce

Born in 1983, Turkey. Starting his career in the food business in his father's patisserie in Turkey when he was 12. He followed his passion and studied his craft internationally in Europe, China, and London. He took his knowledge to the next level when he began as a pastry chef in one of the largest catering companies in Turkey. He worked in different chef roles and became an Executive Chef by 26 and Head Chef at 29.

Gizem Buyuksener

Born in 1990, Turkey. Her love of food led her way to becoming a cook when she was just a child. After studying food technologies in high school, Gizem went to Adnan Menderes University to get a Gastronomy & Kitchen Arts degree. Then she started working in restaurants and hotels in various chef roles, specialty in world cuisine.
